Kim Barras, Owner / Trainer of Body Logic, is a certified IM=X Pilates instructor. She is also certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in personal training and group fitness. Kim has been teaching aerobics and strength training across Indianapolis for the past 20 years. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education and Health and draws on an in-depth knowledge of the body and movement to provide her students with a workout tailored to their needs
Kim loves Pilates because it provides an alternative conditioning system to share with the students to ensure an entire body workout. She believes that Pilates completes the missing link to any individual fitness goal by connecting the mind and body while performing exercises. Her practice of Pilates has helped her become aware of proper alignment and posture while engaging in every day activities, and she hopes to convey this awareness to students.

Erin Ballinger -Trainer, is certified with IM=X to teach Pilates mat classes as well as Reformer sessions. She has been teaching Pilates since 2005 and has also completed the Super Advanced certification from IM=X. Erin is also a certified aerobics and Spinning instructor.

Her classes offer a fun but challenging workout with elements of both strength training and cardio. She stresses that Pilates is a way to help students improve posture, core strength and overall athletic performance as well as to help you look and feel your best!

Outside of the studio, Erin works as a media buyer at Echo Point Media. She knows first hand that Pilates can help reduce the strain on the body that comes from spending many hours a day at the computer as well as to help improve posture and awareness of the body. She also enjoys exercise such as running and hiking and notes that Pilates has helped her strength in these activities as well as minimzie knee and joint pain during these activies.
